Loved Almost French! and I’m still working on A Year in the Merde — to cheap to buy it so I just read a few pages every time I visit Barnes and Noble.
You should try The Other Boleyn Girl — great book! The movie is “just OK”.
OHHHH AND YOU TOTALLY HAVE TO commit to The Outlander by Diana Gabaldon!! Holy Poo!! What a Freakin Great Book!!!! There are more in the Outlander series and you may want to go on with them (gotta read 2 to get to 3, but 3 ROCKS THE HOUSE!!) I’m on 5 and it’s just luke-warm, but I’m trying to stick with it so I can get to 6. Call me and I’ll convince you, er.. tell you all about it!!! Jamie is a Scottish Hunka Hunka Burnin Love!!! OMG now I’ve got me wanting to read it again!
